Freelance Hubby (Trial mode)

So it's hubby's turn to try the feel of a freelancer.  Going through nerve wracking interview which I thought he'll almost lost it,  then now on his training period for 2 hours as I am writing here.

I just hoped that he'll be able to pass the unpaid training. I have never tried and never will try sending an application to a job offer posted in the internet and not even have a job posting in upwork.  The training given to him is a bit unjust because they already gave him a quota and also 2 hrs of unpaid work! where is the justice behind that!?  I just hope that they are not bluffing my hubby because I know he will feel really really bad after this experience.  But I hope he won't giveup and instead learn from it to not apply in those posted in FB without proper link to the job posting in upwork.
